  • Gross Sales/Receipts

  • Direct Expenses (ex: Advertising, Insurance, Repairs, Supplies, Utilities, Wages, Materials) totaled and listed by category     

  • Farm Expenses listed by category     

  • Office Use of Home Expenses (Square footage of office and square footage of home)

  • List of assets for Depreciation      

  • Household Employee Info     

 

MISC QUESTIONS     

  • Any Foreign Income or accounts?    

  • Any Illegal Income?             

  • Any cancellation of debt or foreclosure?            

  • Have you filed bankruptcy?            

  • Is anyone blind or disabled?             

  • Have you made any energy efficient improvements to your home?

It is better to be over prepared than risk paying a penalty for not including something.
